Audio devela manipulación de ‘evistas’ en proceso de elecciones judiciales

En las últimas horas ha salido a la luz un audio que arroja luz sobre posibles irregularidades en el proceso de elecciones del poder judicial. En la grabación se escucha a un individuo, presuntamente parte de la comisión encargada del proceso de calificación de candidatos, ofreciendo coordinar la presentación de postulantes de manera preferencial.

El Senador Miguel Rejas, quien lidera la Comisión de Constitución del Senado y es responsable del proceso de habilitación, calificación y revisión de documentos de los postulantes, es mencionado en el audio. En la conversación, se sugiere que se facilitaría la presentación de candidatos específicos, con la promesa de apoyo logístico por parte de la comisión.

En un fragmento del audio, se escucha al Senador Rejas expresar su preocupación, solicitando que no lo graben.

Estas revelaciones han generado un profundo cuestionamiento sobre la transparencia y la imparcialidad del proceso electoral judicial. Ante ello, se espera una pronta respuesta por parte de las autoridades competentes para esclarecer los hechos y garantizar la integridad del proceso electoral.

Darío Gareca, militante del Movimiento al Socialismo (MAS) en Tarija, quien trabajó estrechamente con Andrónico Rodríguez en 2021, reveló audios en los que este acusa a Evo Morales de conspirar contra el gobierno de Luis Arce. Gareca afirma que Morales dirige una bancada radical para socavar la gestión del de Arce y que el actual presidente del Senado se encuentra bajo su influencia.


En los audios, Andrónico menciona que Morales confabula activamente contra el Gobierno y que instruye a su bancada para perjudicar la administración de Arce. Además, critica a Andrónico Rodríguez por, en sus palabras, “esconderse bajo las faldas de Morales” sugiriendo que lo hace para mantener su posición como presidente del Senado.

En un nuevo audio se escucha al expresidente Evo Morales llamar la atención a Andrónico Rodriguez por dejarse grabar: “Como te vas hacer grabar, con gente de confianza todavía. Tienes que cuidarte de tu gente, en todo lado hay traidores. Este Lucho no puede estar ganando a nuestra gente, no es posible que siga, salí ahorita y diles que es inteligencia artificial”, expresó Morales.


Rodríguez, en otro de los audios, advierte que el gobierno “subestima” a Evo Morales y que este es capaz de cualquier cosa. Gareca también dice que, en caso de que le suceda algo, Evo Morales y su círculo cercano serán los responsables, alegando que, para Morales, la vida de las personas es solamente un número.

Marcelo Arce, hijo del actual Presidente de Bolivia, Luis Arce, ha respondido de manera contundente a las recientes acusaciones de Evo Morales sobre un supuesto “negocio familiar con el Gobierno”. En una declaración en redes sociales, Arce negó categóricamente tales afirmaciones y desafió a Morales a presentar pruebas sustanciales ante las autoridades judiciales.

La polémica surgió después de que Morales atribuyera a Marcelo Arce un audio que supuestamente implicaba a la familia presidencial en un negocio relacionado con el litio e hidrocarburos. Sin embargo, el vocero presidencial, Jorge Richter, calificó los audios utilizados por Morales como “distorsionados” y vinculados a una campaña electoral anterior para desacreditar al actual Presidente de Bolivia.

Marcelo Arce manifestó su disposición a someterse a la justicia para aclarar cualquier duda y desafió a Evo Morales a iniciar un proceso formal con pruebas concretas. Tanto la ministra de la Presidencia, María Nela Prada, como el portavoz presidencial lamentaron que se utilice el nombre de los hijos del Presidente para fines políticos y cuestionaron la ética de tales acusaciones.

Por su parte, Jorge Richter subrayó que el proceso de contratación relacionado con el litio se lleva a cabo de manera abierta y transparente, desafiando a Morales a presentar la denuncia correspondiente junto con las pruebas necesarias.

Es importante presentar pruebas sólidas al hacer acusaciones de este tipo. Se espera que esta situación se desarrolle aún más a medida que se aclaren los hechos y se investiguen las acusaciones.
